Paula Elenni Brown

Jewelry making is intuitive to Paula, similar to combining puzzle pieces or ingredients in a recipe to create a finished product. It's the process of assembling that she relishes, thinking about different combinations of beads and designs.

Originally from Chicago, IL, Paula graduated from Indiana University, with a degree in Journalism and Sociology. Combining these skills, her career was in advertising and client services. She flourished in the creative agency experience where copywriters, graphic designers and producers all collaborated in artistic and visionary ways.

All through her life, Paula has dabbled in creative endeavors, having her hands in something buildable.  After a move to Charlotte, NC and enjoying a beach house on Isle of Palms, SC Paula has found both inspiration and a focus for her creativity and design eye with jewelry making.

Paula E Brown Jewelry is all hand sourced, hand designed and hand crafted. Collections include 14K gold fill chain, freshwater pearls, semiprecious beads, African beads and vintage elements. If you were to describe her jewelry aesthetic words like polished vintage, current, feminine and timeless come to mind. Pieces are created to uplift and celebrate the spirit of the wearer. Each piece is a little clever and can stand on its own; however, they are also designed to work together in layers to celebrate the wearer’s unique style. Paula takes pride in each piece created and intends for this to translate to the wearer.
