Refund Policy
Customer is encouraged to contact the Gallery via email or phone for additional
images and information as needed. Online sales are final.
Shipping Information
Artwork will be sent with insurance per the appropriate carrier for the size and value of the piece. Artwork is sent with an indirect signature requirement. Package and
contents must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery in order for a claim to be
considered. Images of damage to packaging and contents to be sent to
TheGalleryAtSweetgrass@DestinationHotels.com.
Please keep all packaging materials for the claims process. Call 843.886.2109 during our hours of operation for immediate assistance. If damage occurs during shipping and artwork must be discarded, we will file a claim and customer will be reimbursed. If item can be replaced or repaired, we will carry out the necessary steps to render the situation.
