Samantha Eppelsheimer Dunn grew up in Wild Dunes on Isle of Palms. At a very young age she would ride bikes with her family to the end of the island where they would throw out their cast net, go crabbing, and explore the ever-changing marsh and creeks. Her artistic muse is and has always been the Lowcountry. All of her artwork has been inspired by kayaking the creeks off the Wando River, long beach-combing walks on the barrier islands, tide pooling on Isle of Palms, and days on the boat exploring the islands of Cape Romain. She hopes that her art brings you fond memories of your beach vacations and inspires a love for the ocean and all its creatures.
